Ariana has had personal success with alternative healthcare since she was a teenager; however her search for natural healing methods began in earnest after years of unsuccessful medical treatment for migraines. She was trained and has practiced as a Certified Reiki Master, Master Hypnotherapist, Registered Ultra Depth® Hypnotherapist, Certified Spiritual Consultant, and Instructor of Hypnotherapy, She was trained personally by Dr. Michael Newton (author, Journey of Souls in the art of Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression (LBL), and certified as a LBL instructor by the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH). She has taught professional certifications in Reiki (entry - master levels), Hypnotherapy (entry - master levels), Life Between Lives, and Past Life Regression Therapy. In addition to being the CEO of C4iP, she was the CFO, Executive Director, & Co-founder of the International Association of Transpersonal Therapists and Physicians.
Ariana has been professionally practicing natural health and healing since 2000. After spending nearly a decade focusing on mental, emotional, and spiritual healing through her professional practice, Ariana became a Registered Nurse (specializing in women's and children's acute care) and subsequently earned a Masters of Science degree in Advancing Nursing Practice from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, UK. There, she focused on issues relating to holistic nursing, research, and evidence-based practice. Her dissertation covered energy medicine research and its integration into nursing practice.
Coaching
Ariana has completed training as an Integrative Nurse Coach through the International Nurse Coach Association (INCA). She enjoys the coaching model, and finds it to be a perfect complement to both Reconnective Healing and her professional nursing practice, since it is focused on empowering the client to fulfill his or her greatest potential in the manner that is most appropriate for the client. In addition, she is currently enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's Health Coaching program, which she will complete in 2012, giving her in-depth knowledge of functional nutrition and over 100 different dietary theories.
As a coach with over 12 years experience in professional natural health and healing practice in addition to her nursing and nutrition expertise, Ariana specializes in families who struggle with food intolerances and food allergies and helps them to learn easy & healthy ways to live (and eat!) so they can minimize the toxic effect processed foods have on their bodies, shed excess weight, and have more energy. A self-professed “foodie” and creative cook, Ariana is passionate about helping families find delicious ways to use food as medicine and decrease their dependence on supplements and medications.
What differentiates Ariana from other health coaches is that she integrates personal experience and natural health and healing expertise with her adult and pediatric acute care nursing experience. This makes her clients feel safe, knowing they can discuss complex health issues with a Registered Nurse. Her personal and family experience with elimination diets, food allergies, and cooking for special dietary needs gives her a unique insight into how food truly affects health.
Reconnective Healing
Ariana’s experience in the healing arts, knowledge of modern research methodology/ standards, interest in quantum physics, and understanding of integrated medicine led her to The Reconnection and Reconnective Healing. Its’ quantity and quality of research evidence is impressive, and Ariana finds it to be one of the most joyful and efficient forms of healing she has practiced.
Ariana enjoys conducting Reconnective Healing sessions for individuals, couples, families, and animals in person and via distance (since energy is infinite and has no bounds, distance healing can be as effective as in-person sessions). She also is happy to facilitate your Personal Reconnection at one of her practice locations.
